Expo attendees have their choice of 3 out of 6 workshops. A continental breakfast and a “Get Healthy” swag bag is included with the price of admission. There will also be a vendor area with products and services designed to get women on the road to optimal health.
Workshops titles include: Eating & Exercising on the Go, Wellness Wisdom, Optimal Health & Wellness, A Holistic Approach to Skin Care, Hungry Hearts, and Feel Better Now.
The Working Women Wellness Expo, put on by Working Women of Tampa Bay, will take place on January 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the St. Pete/Clearwater Marriott.
