“Today has been a great experience,” said University of Central Florida Defensive Tackle Torell Troup. “There are kids here who have suffered a lot, but they wake up in the morning with smiles on their faces. It’s good to be able to brighten up their day.”
The all-stars played in the Asset Protect East-West Shrine Game on Jaurary 23rd in Orlando, which is the longest-running college all-star football game in the country and features some of the finest NCAA athletes. While the teams are divided by East and West, the players come together for the beneficiary of the event: Shriners Hospitals for Children.
