“The kids’ graduation is based on a rank system and they have accomplished the highest grade, chief. They’ve reached this goal and will take with them the many tools they need to succeed once they leave our program. We are so proud of our youth and their development and accomplishments. This is something they’ll remember as they continue to achieve on their journey of success,” says Mark Criser, Tampa Marine Institute Chair of Board of Trustees.
