Orlando Magic vs. Boston Celtics Christmas Day Game Includes "Super" Suprises

Orlando MagicOn December 25th, Christmas Day, the Orlando Magic will team up with Warner Brothers and DC Comics to celebrate the holiday. When the Orlando Magic will face the Boston Celtics at 2:30 p.m. at Amway Arena, every single fan will receive the “super” Christmas present of a one-of-a-kind Dwight Howard t-shirt with a Superman cape. In addition to free t-shirts, all fans will receive Candy Cane Thuderstix.

Jazz musician Najee will perform the national anthem before the game, and 7-year-old Gina Marie Incandela will perform “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” during halftime. The Orlando Magic Dunking Dancers will also perform. There will also be a “Big” surprise for the second consecutive Christmas during halftime. This surprise is sponsored by the Orlando Magic community relations department and will include the participation of Warner Brothers and Chick-fil-A.

After the game, there will be a NBC Cares gift exchange with players from both teams and 15 kids from After School All-Stars and 15 kids from Every Kid Outreach.

This will be the seventh holiday contest for the Orlando Magic, and the seventh consecutive Christmas the Orlando Magic have spent with their fans. The Orlando Magic have a 4-0 home record for Christmas Day.

There will be a Christmas themed Fan Fest opening at 13:30 p.m. on the north side of the arena, including photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 2 p.m.
