Chef Theo Tillson will return to Nature's Food Patch as the Food Service Director after a long hiatus. Chef Tillson held this position for the health food store from 1997 to 2002.
Self-taught Chef Tillson has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and had held many positions in the industry throughout his career working his way u, including waiter, line cook, kitchen manger and general manager.
“The true genius of my leadership style is in inspiring others. I believe that happiness is contagious and by maintaining a positive mental attitude, I inspire others to do the same,” says Tillson
Chef Tillson has worked in a variety of restaurant, and has owned his own pizza and sandwich shop for many years.
“Theo’s passion for food and people inspire his creativity. He has a wealth of knowledge in the natural food industry and has a well-developed sense of healthy, tasty dishes,” says Cheryl Rosselle, the Marketing Manager for Nature’s Food Patch. “We are excited to have Theo back to inspire and motivate our deli team and feel that he will have a positive influence at Nature’s Food Patch.”
