Bob Clifford the New President and CEO of the Clearwater Regional Chamber of CommerceCLEARWATER, Fla. – The Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce (CRCC) is proud to announce that Bob Clifford has taken the position of President/CEO.  Clifford has provided service and leadership to the Clearwater business community for ten years through his work on the CRCC Board of Directors.  He served six years on the Executive Committee and two years as Treasurer. 

A resident of North Pinellas County for more than 30 years, Clifford brings a comprehensive perspective of dealing with issues surrounding diverse businesses.  He has acquired hands-on experience through owning and operating his own small business for fourteen years, holding the position of Executive Director of a local non-profit foundation for four years and serving twelve years in the banking industry.  Carol Hague, Chairman of the Board of Directors states, "Bob Clifford brings an impressive profile of service in the community and lifetime passion for business assistance.  The Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud and gratified to welcome Bob Clifford as its new President/CEO."

Clifford has devoted many years of service to the City of Clearwater and its residents through his work with the Clearwater Downtown Partnership, Clearwater Downtown Development Board, Clearwater YMCA, YMCA of the Suncoast and the New Port and Clearwater Beach Rotary Clubs.  Clifford is a US Army veteran.  He is married to Nancy and has 2 children.
