Black Crowes at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FloridaThe Black Crowes have sold more than 20 million albums including their 1990 debut album Shake Your Money Maker which sold more than three million copies on the strength of the singles Hard to Handle, She Talks to Angels and Jealous Again.  The Crowes released their second album The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion in 1992.  The record debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top 200 albums.  The effort spawned the singles Remedy and Thorn in My Pride, which broke the Billboard Top 100 singles chart.  In 1994, the band offered up Amorica, which reached Gold.  Last year, they released Warpaint, which debuted at #5 on Billboard’s Top 200.  Their new album, Before the Frost…Until the Freeze, is scheduled to be released on September 1st of this year.

The band has toured with acts such as Aerosmith, The Rolling Stones, The Who, AC/DC and Neil Young. The Crowes - as fans refer to them – are an American, blues-oriented hard rock jam band, and are listed at #92 on VH1's "100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock".
