Colombian international soccer legend, MLS Allstar and local Tampa Bay resident, Carlos “El Pibe” Valderrama, will captain the winning Galactic Masters soccer team against an ALL-World Eleven of international soccer stars during the Galactics International Soccer Festival 2007 on Saturday December 1, 2007 at the excellent facilities of Clearwater High School. Delphi AcademyTM of Florida is sponsoring this premier community event to bring international soccer to local residents bridging social divides through the promotion of sport as a route to personal achievement and team success.
