Tired of the Hit and Miss With Your Supplements? I am happy to announce that I have joined the team at Peter Gillham’s as the nutrition consultant. To give you some background about myself, I have been helping people get in their health basics for more than 30 years. My purpose is to help people resolve issues with their bodies so they can get their attention off them. My basic philosophy is that most symptoms people have are due to deficiencies. Bloating, headaches, exhaustion, mood swings, insomnia, hot flashes, etc are an indication of one or more deficiencies. When your body is in an optimum state, you should have little or no symptoms. Also, the healthier your body the less cravings as they too are only symptoms. Anyone can have a healthier body. Did you know that every single cell in your body is replaced in a 7-year period? That means you get a new body every seven years. This includes your brain, heart, liver, nerves, etc, etc. The old cells die and are replaced by new cells. Some cells get renewed in a few days, some in a few months, some years but at the end of every 7-year period, you have a new body. So, how can you make sure your new body is a good one? Find your deficiencies and correct them. Balance up your vitamins, minerals, oils, etc and make the necessary dietary changes By getting in good habits, you can expect to have better health. Using simple techniques, I can check your vitamins, minerals, oils, etc and help you find your deficiencies so they can get corrected with a simple supplementation program, along with the appropriate dietary changes. You don’t have to play the hit and miss game any longer. Something can be done about it. A special room has been built for this purpose at Peter Gillham’s Nutrition Center and consulting is available in 15-minute, 30-minute and 60-minute time slots.
Here is a success from one of my customers: To make an appointment for a consultation, call the store 727-462-5770 and ask for Desiree or let one of the staff schedule a time for you. Disclaimer: This is not a substitution for medical care provided by a licensed medical doctor. |
