A kick-off party featuring live blues music by Julie Black will be held in downtown Clearwater in the Cleveland Street District Thursday, Feb. 19, 7 p.m. Come for three seafood- and blues-filled days featuring artists Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes, John Nemeth, Jonny Lang, Elvin Bishop, Walker Smith Group, Lil' Malcolm & The House Rockers, Nervous Turkey, Tommy McCracken, Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials, The Nelms/Chavers Band, Kenny Neal, and Marica Ball.
