The Jazz ’N Art Walk was a juried art show and street fair that gave artists a chance to showcase their work in displays along two full blocks on Cleveland Street. Art was for sale, and many Jazz Holiday attendees browsed among the temporary galleries. John Brennan, the artist who designed this year’s Clearwater Jazz Holiday poster, was among the artists whose works were on display.

This year’s Jazz ’N Art walk was double the size of last year’s, spanning two full blocks of Cleveland Street (between Ft. Harrison and East Avenue), and drawing Alan Darcy performs at the Jazz N Art Walk - Photo by Angela LeMayartists from as far away as Minnesota.

“The Clearwater Jazz ’N Art Walk was developed as an added attraction and to expand the reach of the Clearwater Jazz Holiday,” said Joanie Sigal, the director of the Jazz ’N Art Walk. “The event also showcases the redesigned downtown Clearwater landscape.”

In addition to the artwork, the Jazz ’N Art Walk provided live concerts on Cleveland Street throughout the day, and a kids’ section in Station Square Park.

The event is on its way to becoming a stop on the art show circuit and an event that you need to visit.”
